Superschöne Wohnung mit idealer Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ausstattung super. Lage: Sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße aber zentral, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen (Innenstadt, Hafen, Bahnhof, Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Abends schöner Kirchenblick. Kamin war wunderbar. Wir kommen wieder.

wunderbarer Aufenthalt in wunderbarem Apartment
Das Apartment ist rundum sehr schön gestaltet in sehr guter, ruhiger Lage, aber ganz nah zu allem Sehenswerten; ideal für einen auch längeren Stadturlaub. Wir waren - auch mit der Kommunikation zum Vermieter - überaus zufrieden und sagen: gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartement für unseren Kurzurlaub
Für vier Tage haben wir in diesem tollen Appartement in Stralsund Urlaub gemacht. Die Kommunikation vorab und der Check-in liefen sehr professionell und reibungslos ab. Das Appartement selbst hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Selten waren wir in einem Haus oder einer Wohnung, die so hochwertig und liebevoll umgebaut wurde. Als wir die Bilder vor dem Umbau gesehen haben, waren wir absolut sprachlos. Respekt vor dieser tollen Leistung! Gerne kommen wir bei unserem nächsten Urlaub in Stralsund gerne nochmal in dieses tolle Haus zurück.

Kein Wunsch blieb offen...
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der super renovierten Wohnung sehr genossen, Lage perfekt in der Altstadt, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll gestaltet, wir wären gern länger geblieben und können sie und Stralsund nur empfehlen!

Sehr schön und sauber, einziger Nachteil war die Ausrichtung des Balkons Richtung Norden - ansonsten toll eingerichtet und tolle Lage und netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Idyllisches Refugium mit Stil
Der Backsteinspeicher ist wahrlich ein besonderer Ort, mit geschmackvoller und vollständiger Einrichtung, sowie zuvorkommender Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Die Lage inmitten des Stralsunder Stadtzentrums ist ideal.

sehr schöne zentrale Ferienwohnung -super Ausgangsort auch für Rügen
Eine Wohnung zum wohlfühlen, schöner Balkon und tolle Wohnung. Die Kinder haben es auch genossen. Durch die offene Gestaltung der Wohnung, hat man direkt Urlaubsfeeling. Auch ausreichend Infomaterial war sehr hilfreich.

Ein Traunhaft gelgene Wohnug. Es lohnt sich hier einmal vorbei zu schauen. Allerdings ist das Schlafsofa nicht so bequem wie erhoftt. Trotzdem würden wir wieder kommen..

Helle, freundliche und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, bei sehr gelungenem Erhalt ursprünglicher Konstruktionselemente des historischen Bauwerks. Sehr gute Lage, weil in Nähe zum Hafen und zur Einkaufsstraße / Zentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit in Stralsund genießen.

Faszinierender Verbund von altem Gebäude, liebevoll restauriert und neuer hochwertiger Einrichtung
Der Überschrift sind noch weitere Sterne hinzuzufügen: Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt der sagenumwobenen Hansestadt Stralsund, in einer ruhigen Nebegasse - sogar mit PKW-Parkplatz. Der Stadthafen mit vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Ozeaneum, Gorch Fock 1, ...) ist gleich um die Ecke. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Restaurants sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und können für das leibliche Wohl genutzt werden - wenn man nicht in der großzügigen modernen Küche der Wohnung selbst Hand anlegen möchte. Fazit: Wunderschöne Tage in einem außergewöhnlichen und hochwertigen Ambiente in extra guter Lage zum akzeptablen Preis - ein besonders empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Perfekt lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed og perfekt udstyrsniveau.
En utrolig positiv overraskelse at åbne døren til denne lejlighed. Flot indrettet med en utrolig god seng. Der er god parkering og lejligheden ligger meget centralt med 200 m til havnen og 200 m til hoved strøget. Man føler sig hjemme med det samme. Boligen og inventarets kvalitet var af højt standard.

Luxus in Stralsund
Vom Geschirrspüler bis zu Haken im geräumigen Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung und Ausblick ließ das Apartment keine Wünsche offen. Das Schlafzimmer ließ sich abdunkeln, die Betten waren kuschelig, von Straßenlärm keine Spur. Innerhalb von Minuten befand man sich in der Fußgängerzone oder am Hafen mit dem Ozeaneum. Wir durften unser Auto sogar noch bis zum Nachmittag auf dem hauseigenen Platzparken.
