This property is absolutely disgusting. The room was stained yellow with an overwhelming smoke smell. The sheets and comforters were stained and I’m not sure they were even changed . It was covered in dust . The bathroom was deplorable, hair all over the toilet. We were not able to stay in the room because I felt it was a health concern. They should be inspected by the health department. We checked out 5 minutes after checking in .

Expected bad, but not this bad.
Lots of issues with the room. The worst was we couldn’t use the heater because it was rattling too loudly to sleep. Then the toilet spit at you when flushed - disgusting! And the light switch didn’t work. And the shower curtain was falling down. And there was a coffee maker but no coffee. And the orange juice at the cb was warm and funky. And the remote didn’t work (neither did the replacement). And the front desk people were afraid of dogs in this “dog friendly” hotel so they didn’t want to fix anything. And there weren’t any other rooms available.

The front door was broken and has been for over 6 months and that's how your stay starts. Service is terrible, I waited over 20 minutes to check in because the girl at the desk was on a personal call. The place is just dirty and I will never stay there again.

Staff is courteous and helpful. Whenever there is a problem they resolve the issue or provide discounted rates. This is our favorite place to start in streetsboro. When I left my curly iron by accident they held it until the next time I checked in. If we need anything like creamer after breakfast ends they always go out if their way to get what we need.

For the past 2 or 3 years, we have stayed at the hotel in Streetsboro, OH. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and previously, the breakfast was decent. This time, we saw several changes. The comforter was not clean near the inside bottom. The toliet seat was all scratched up, therefore, made it look not clean. The breakfast was a joke. Normally you have pastries or bagels. There was only bread for toast, 2 kinds of cereal, and 1 flavor of yogurt. The OJ was bad or something because it tasted bad, so I threw that out after one sip. We were highly dissatisfied. The people that run the place are the same people that have been there. After all we saw and the lack of breakfast choices, we will not stay there again. I will pay more to stay at a nicer hotel, that's for sure. We have stayed there in the past because the price was cheap. Well "cheap" at that hotel, has truly made me think "you get what you pay for", and I won't be back.

The light shades in the rooms was dusty, and the one side of the mattress it smell like some took a crap in it and i had to sleep on the other side, and it didnt make no difference, andvthe pillows was very uncomfortable. Sorry i wont be back. And there was a dog either above me or next door barking, and the the fire alarm light went off in the room and woke me up 6:30am and there was no fire.

I couldn't believe the price. It was so affordable and the service was five star. The room looked new. Everything was so clean and smelled wonderful. The staff was so kind. The breakfast was so delicious. They allow pets there which I think is great for those who are travelling with their doggos. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

Spacious room, very clean. Simple but great breakfast- waffle iron and waffle batter w\syrup, bananas, yogurt, juice and more. Big step up for that price range
