Stylish Home, Great Location

  • Diviértete con toda la familia en este lugar con mucho estilo. Recién reformada, esta casa de estilo Mid-Century tiene mucho que ofrecer. La propiedad está idealmente situada en Glenwood Springs, cerca de todas las actividades, rutas de senderismo, tiendas, restaurantes y, además, cuenta con un enorme parque a solo unos pasos.

    Este alojamiento vacacional se ha reformado recientemente y cuenta con mobiliario nuevo y elegante, ropa de cama nueva y una decoración llena de color. El propietario ha prestado mucha atención a los detalles, por lo que la casa está perfectamente equipada pensando en los niños.

    Planta principal:

    Salón y comedor:

    El salón cuenta con un precioso sofá de cuero y dos sillas con mucho estilo. Puedes ver la tele o ponerte cómodo con un buen libro frente a la chimenea iluminada con velas.

    El comedor está justo al lado y tiene capacidad para 8 personas; ambas zonas tienen acceso a la Smart TV de 55", que incluye televisión por cable básica. Los huéspedes pueden acceder a sus propias cuentas de NETFLIX y Prime.

    La cocina:

    ¡La acogedora cocina es una delicia llena de color! Incluye electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, vajilla y utensilios de cocina para que puedas preparar una comida deliciosa.

    Baño de arriba:

    El baño de arriba está reformado, tiene un estilo contemporáneo y está impecable, y te ofrece toallas limpias para el baño y la piscina.

    Dormitorio de arriba:

    Este dormitorio está decorado con mucho gusto y cuenta con una cómoda cama King size, una cómoda para guardar la ropa y un armario grande.

    Este dormitorio también está decorado con mucho gusto y cuenta con una cómoda cama Queen size con cajones debajo y un armario grande.

    La sala de juegos:

    Este divertido espacio se diseñó para que las familias se reúnan. Hemos incluido un futbolín, una mesa de juegos con capacidad para 6 personas y un montón de juegos de mesa para que los momentos en familia sean inolvidables.

    Este espacio es realmente especial. Es un dormitorio amplio que cuenta con una cómoda cama King size, una cómoda para guardar cosas y un Smart TV de 65". También tiene su propia zona de descanso para ver la tele frente a la chimenea iluminada con velas.

    Este dormitorio es muy acogedor y tiene una decoración con mucho estilo. Esta habitación cuenta con una cómoda cama de matrimonio y una individual, ambas con cajones de almacenamiento debajo.

    Baño de la planta baja:

    El baño de la planta baja es compartido por los dos dormitorios de esta planta y cuenta con una combinación de bañera y ducha.

    Lavadero:

    El amplio lavadero está en la planta baja. Tenemos plancha y tabla de planchar, una mesa plegable y una selección de perchas.

    Exterior:

    El amplio jardín trasero es un espacio muy agradable rodeado de lilas y con unas vistas preciosas a la montaña. El patio trasero cuenta con una barbacoa y una mesa de comedor.

    Al otro lado de la calle hay un gran parque para que jueguen los niños; incluso hay una colina para tirarse en trineo (los trineos están en el garaje), y en el parque también puedes jugar al voleibol y a los herraduras.

    Esta casa es ideal para familias o parejas que viajen juntas. Es muy acogedora, está bien equipada, decorada con mucho gusto y cerca del centro de Glenwood.

We stayed in this home for 3 nights. It was clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, games, perfect location, park across the street with playground and basketball courts— it had everything we needed and more! Highly recommend this lovely home.

This stylish, very clean house was perfect for our family. The beds were perfect for the 4 adults and 2 kids. We grilled one night and enjoyed eating in, the kitchen was perfectly equipped to have our morning coffee and breakfast before heading out. The yard is peaceful and the kids enjoyed playing outside as well as in the playground across the street. The location was perfect to explore adjacent areas and also a quick drive to Downtown.

The house was beautiful! Well stocked with everything. The yard was gorgeous. We slept in the downstairs master and when the yard water would go on the noise would wake us up. There could be 5 people that could sleep downstairs and the bathroom is small a may not work with that many people. Upstairs bathroom was roomy.

Well stocked (Kitchen and towels) cute home! Plenty of room for everyone. Helpful host when we needed her help to get into the home. We enjoyed our stay!

This house worked well for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids, especially with a park just across the street. The swamp cooler (not really a/c) didn't cover all the rooms, but ceiling fans cooled the upstairs bedrooms enough for sleeping. Overall, we were very happy with our decision to stay at this rental while visiting Glenwood Springs.

Great House for Groups

Great location, 20 minute walk to downtown. Decent amount of beds and rooms for people. We liked how there were multiple tables for board games and how functional the place was for our stay. If we go back to glenwood springs we would stay here again.

Excellent Stay

This property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our ski weekend at Sunlight. Short drive to downtown restaurants and hot springs. Kitchen had everything we could need. Will absolutely be booking again! Thank you!

Immaculate and well appointed!

Every detail was lovingly thought of from the kitchen to the bedrooms, bathrooms, patio. Very nice bedding, towels and kitchenwares. Our host was very thoughtful and attentive/easily reached. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you!

Everything was great except for one thing. The basement king bed was unreasonably soft and unsupportive. It was like sleeping on a trampoline. All the other beds seamed great except that one. Becase we needed all the beds, my wife and I spent the weekend with a back ache.

Great house and location!

This house was perfect for our 3 children, their spouses and my granddaughter. Everything was extremely clean. We loved sitting in the backyard in the mornings before we set off on our adventures. Our granddaughter loved the swing in the backyard and the playground across the street. The house is located very close to downtown and the hot springs, adventure park and bike rental shop we used was a short drive over the bridge. Everything was in working order and very clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Glenwood Springs.

GREAT Family Vacation House

Our family stayed here in July 2023. There were eight people total and there was plenty of room for us all to be very comfortable. The house was very clean and Andrea had all of the extras to make our stay nice. The location was wonderful, close to the grocery store and the shops/restaurants were only about a 3-5 minute drive. We had a wonderful vacation spent at the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park, with the WhiteWater Rafting LLC, biking along the Rio Grande trail, and hiking the Hanging Lake trail. We highly recommend the cute town of Glenwood Springs and staying at Andrea's house (the home away from home).

BEST EVER!

We will definitely be back. This place is perfect. The host has thought of all of those little things that we appreciated. Well stocked kitchen and the whole house was immaculate! We and our guests all remarked about how incredibly comfortable the beds were. The towels and linens were plush and soft, and we all felt a little pampered by our stay there. The house interior design, furniture, paintings all felt a step above other homes. We wanted to stay and live there. There's a park across the street and we took walks around the park each evening of our stay. Highly recommend this place.

Nice Location, Most of the Basics Covered

The property was clean and pleasant. The location, right across from a small park and a short drive away from downtown was great. The kitchen is quite small, but functional. Oddly, there was no toaster (which was kind of disappointing when making breakfast). The advertised air conditioning is actually a swamp cooler -- but after giving it the usual 10-15 minutes a swamp cooler takes to start to actually cool it works very well. Our only real gripe was that the downstairs "master" bedroom is that you can hear a pump of some kind running which is loud enough to be annoying when trying to get to sleep.

Would stay again!

My only complaint was that on checkout one of the requirements was to wash all towels-which we were fine doing but the people before us did not. They folded them up dirty and put them away. So when we arrived we had to wash all the towels they were still slightly damp from use and covered in brown stuff? Other than that the house was bigger than it looks in pictures it was so close to everything and very well stocked. The yard is huge. Thank you for the stay we will definitely be back
