No Air Conditioner at all . Heat is running all night hard to make the room cool. Pool was a good option but the hot pool was not working . Spoken to the receptionist and told that hot pool not equipped with the heating system. Wow that's great 👍

We only stayed at Rydges as we were attending the RPA Hospital for a day surgery. Great location and convenient for the purpose of our visit to Camperdown. Would highly recommend this hotel as it fitted really well with our needs and hotel was comfy and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful.

This was the first time I have stayed here , location was good, I didn’t have breakfast but did have coffee which was great. I was surprised when I asked reception if I could buy water on the premises, (it was 8.15) he said no we don’t have water, considering there is a restaurant thought maybe he could have given me a glass of water, …maybe bottled water in room or filtered water in reception could be considered, I would be happy to pay, it’s not like there was a convenience store close by.

1st time staying there. Very handy to the hospital as my husband had a stay there. Would stay again. One thing it would be good to have more disabled parking outside, which would make life easier. Enjoyed the meals in the restaurant.

General impressions of the hotel are positive, it is clean and tidy, good quality bed inlcuding pillows and duvets. nice sized TV and reasonable quality food. Fish and Chips was a bit of a let down more like fish fingers and chips. WIFI is reasonable although often disconnects and requires Re-Auth and this can happen 4 or 5 times a day.
Nice touch but be sure to watch they do not try to charge back the discount like they did with me.
