Spacious, clean, easy access, and a 4 min drive from Vernon Downs, where I was attending a conference. There were a nice amount of amenities for the price point. Good quality towels and toiletries. “My partner and I needed a place to camp for the total eclipse and came across Ryan's listing. Wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. He's such a nice, accommodating host. Taking the time to show us the property and delivering firewood to our site. The land is gorgeous! Great stargazing and sunsets.
