“This was a perfect house for our first family trip with our new baby. The house comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 dogs with no problem. The bedrooms are very spacious and the fenced in side yard was a very nice feature as well. The beach was a very easy 8-10 minute walk. The neighbors were absolutely wonderful, pleasant, and offered us help or anything we might need. Their poodle is very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Excellent location with easy access off the island. The area is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening and the neighborhood is very quiet. The four bedrooms are great for adults traveling and the bathroom on the main floor is rather large with private access from the bedrooms. Just a few notes on the listing be sure to bring linens and towels for your stay and the coffee machine is a Kurig not a drip so get pods. ”

“This house was beyond perfect for our family’s week at the beach! The home is beautiful and has inviting, spacious areas for all ages - two comfortable common living areas on separate levels, a great kitchen with huge island and lots of seating, and an incredible game room space upstairs that was so much fun. The whole-house elevator and extensive supply of kitchen supplies and beach equipment was very appreciated. The outdoor area was equally great - nice pool, putting greens, tiki bar and lots...

Great location, awesome views, plenty of space, comfortable beds and furniture, and CLEAN! We did not have any issues so no reason to bother our host but he was very informative and communicated all instructions from check in to check out.
