Excellent location, very central! Few minutes walk to Christmas markets. Many good dining/shopping options nearby. Property was very clean and well equipped, warm (freezing outside!), easy check in, recommend!

Superb
Loved it. Stayed in the Blue apartment. Tremendously spacious and right in the middle of old town, equidistant from everything. No elevator but that wasn't a problem at all for me. Excellent wifi. Grocery shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, galleries and museums all literally less than 5 mins walk from the front door. Elar was very helpful, informative and polite at check in. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the Old Town!
We had a lovely break in Tallinn and stayed in a wonderful apartment in the in the heart of the Old Town. The apartment was well equipped and was really comfortable, and also had lovely views out from the windows. We would’ve loved to stay longer.

Wonderful apartment.
Excellent service and location. Apartment very clean and comfortable (mattress in bed a little too hard and squeaky). Pictures displayed us exactly how apartment looks. Only small downside is noise from street when sleeping with open windows (needed as apartment was quite hot), but the noise should be expected based on location. Despite the noise issue we would for sure pick same again if we should return to Tallinn.

Perfect location and very confortable apartment.
Very good apartment right in the middle of the old town area. Very spacious and confortable. Small details like having detergent capsules for the washing machine or coffee and coffee filters for the coffee maker were highly appreciated. The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to include blackout blinds or curtains, especially considering that sunrise can be at 6am during the summer.

A Good Stay
The place to get the keys and the apartment allocated are in different locations. Ours was 10 m walk away. It’s location in the Old Town is very central. The service staff manning the counter is knowledgeable in recommending where to eat and visit when asked. As this apartment has a bedroom and our children slept on a sofa bed in the living room, it would be better if 2 portable fans are provided instead of only one on hot summer season. While the apartment is safe and exclusive to our use, we can’t open the windows to allow the night cooler wind to come in because we were on the 2nd floor. Sauna in the apartment is a plus point.

Great location, nice apartment.
Clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment right in the centre. Plenty of towels provided and a lot of storage space. Despite the central location, with our rooms were facing a busy pedestrianised street leading up to the square, the nights were very quiet. (We stayed Sun-Wed, though I'd imagine the weekends aren't any different.) Beds were comfortable - though a little squeeky. Can definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Great location at a city wall. Caution to those with heavy luggage up narrow stairs. Also, the hot water took about 15 minutes After leaving the tap on you may think there’s no hot water. Also they charge 20 Euros for arrival after10 pm, I arrived 10:39 and you have to pay in cash. A bit crazy since my room cost 67 euro. But the apartment itself was beautiful with a huge bathroom and even a washer but no dryer.

Superb to stay right in centre of town, made me feel like a local. The apartment had every amenity i could have asked for, there were teabags sugar salt laundry and dishwasher tablets. clean sponge and new kitchen roll spare bin bags etc. The apartment was in good condition and considering that it was freezing cold outside it was kept at a very warm temperature inside, i would not hesitate to recommend these apartments. I stayed in old town blue.

The apartment itself was nice and cozy. However, the check in office was in a different building from the apartment, which required a 7-10 min walk. Also,the first night we were there, the power suddenly went out, and the power box was outside of the apartment.

Fantastic location, in the heart of the old town. Spacious apartment including a dry sauna. Apartment wasn’t cleaned before I arrived, but this was quickly remedied. Apartment I stayed in, #28 overlooks internal foyer and can be noisey when people pass through and talk. Else, great value for money.

We travel all the way from the states the apartment wasnt in the best shap .. first it has only local channels so its good thing when you have 2 kids to destruct them for a little bit also the sheet and pelows wasnt clean at all there were a hair on the pelow and black smudge on the sheets and with negative 2 temperatures theres no heat .. never recommend it to any one trying to have a good vacation

Excellent location, right in Old Town, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Walking distance (15 min) to the ferry port for Helsinki, short cab ride (10 min) to the train station if going to Riga. Friendly service, quick check in, and a lovely apartment. Thank you!

Perfect location and very clean and spacious room!
The hotel was located in the perfect area, where it was in the middle of the old town and everything was in walking distance. And the room was very clean and neat, with small sauna I enjoyed at night though it only heats up to max 50 degrees. It is very spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was how we needed to check in as check in office and apartment was in the separate buildings in the different street. Both buildings were not far with each other at all but it seemed quite far with big luggage.

Location, location, location
It's all about the location for this apartment. Directly on the Town Hall square, easy to walk around the city, it couldn't be better. You collect the keys from an office 5 minutes walk away. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The apartment was accessed from a glass covered central courtyard which the apartment overlooked and it surprisingly made the rooms quite dark. Even on a sunny day we needed the lights on. You could easily tell if it was raining by the water running down the glass roof otherwise it was difficult to judge the weather as the view of the sky was restricted by the other 2 storeys of apartments above the glass cover. There was no way of getting fresh air into the apartment and we found it quite hot and stuffy even though the outside temperature was only 15 degrees. There were 2 portable aircon units which were very welcome. The apartment had everything you need for a couple of nights stay and was clean and tidy. Some previous reviews mentioned that you have to enter through a passageway filled with smelly bins. This is the bin storage area, not the entrance. I don't know why anyone would choose the enter this way, especially as you are given precise instructions, with photos, of how to enter the building!

Ok overall, but the particular apartment I stayed in had very poor outside lighting, no hot water on two of the four mornings I was there and the cobbled courtyard entrance leaves a lot, safety-wise, to be desired.

Not sure how many apartments they manage so the one you got may not be the same as the one I'm reviewing. Checked in at their main office; got key & instructions to our apartment 5 min walk away. The location is excellent, right inside Tallinn Old Town. The unit itself is very spacious and quite new. No house keeping during stay. Staff is professional but a bit cold. But what disappoints me about the staff is that my daughter forgot her Molang in the apartment; it has quite a sentimental value to her. She brought it from the US and hauled it around Europe for a whole month. I contacted their main office & they said they found Molang. My daughter couldn't be happier. I agreed on the costs to ship it to us, but that was the end of our communications. I've written them 3 email asking on how they'd like to proceed, but they're completely mute. Very disappointed!

The apartment was big, recently renovated and in a good location near the main square. The only inconvenience for me was the fact that there is no elevator and you have to climb steps to the second floor. You have to pick up the key from the office but its not far from the apartment you are assigned.
