"There was a roach in one room and the door was open when we went to it for first time. The breakfast was subpar, coffee pot was broken, waffle maker didn’t work appropriately. The hotel served its purpose but upgrades could be made and location was great "

"Still currently here we liked it so much. Got the weekly rate that’s advertised. Very affordable. And they’re very accommodating. Got the room we wanted. And they waive the pet fee for service dogs. We have had 0 issues and would continue to stay here given the option in the future💕"

"The going rate for having a pet in the room is crazy. The charge is too high. It's like adding another person to the bill. I don't know how frequent or rare it is for a dog to poop in the room and I expect there would be compensation for the mess to be cleaned but my dog has never done that. So there!"
