“Before our stay, we made a respectful request concerning certain religious items in the home. Unfortunately, it was completely ignored. Although we were told that the items would be removed by check-in.The property also had a noticeable musty odor and felt more worn and dated than expected.Overall, this was not a comfortable stay for us, and I would not recommend this property or choose to stay here again.”

“We loved staying in this home! We had ample space for our group and thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was clean, well maintained and often we felt spoiled (French linen sheets). Two things that guests considering this home might note: 1) the home is also available for event rental and it appears they keep a butler’s pantry well stocked with tools and equipment for catering. That pantry is locked to guests. Having said that, the kitchen itself has excellent new……

“My two daughters and I had a great time at Sasquatch Ranch! Between the goats, paddle boat, corn hole, gas grill and outdoor fireplaces, fresh eggs in our fridge upon our arrival (YUM!) and the super cute and clean place we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and low stress overnight stay. Dean was an amazing and kind host, making sure we had everything we needed and even gave us treats for the goats! They were so sweet and funny and each had such a different personality… The property was……

The suite had everything we needed from the fully furnished kitchen, great appointed luxury bathroom, comfortable bed/bedlinens to relax in, large screen tvs, but most of all privacy to relax in. We enjoyed walking the property and viewing the exterior of the great home place the suite is attached to. We are excited to visit this wonderful home place again very soon”

“We spent the holiday weekend here with the kids and our in-laws from Virginia. Beautiful cabin with lots of space, and we loved day-tripping to Medoc Mountain State Park (no entry fee!). Because someone lives here when not rented, it felt lived-in and the cabin had everything we could need.”

“This is the first house out of many VRBO’s and Air B&B’s that we have ever stayed in a second time. We absolutely love this house! The location is amazing, it is right across the street from the ballfields. This house is always so clean and has all the amenities you could need! There are plenty of beds and tv’s in every single room which makes it SO nice! The layout of the house is great and the host is very kind and responsive! We can’t wait to stay again!”
