"Booking through Expedia, hotel staff tried to charge me for an unpaid balance, which I didn't have because I paid through Expedia. I was there for a funeral and was held up, making me late. In the end, everything was paid off, so I'm not sure where the error occurred. also the mattress seemed to sink in the middle, very uncomfortable. Not sure if we just had bad luck with this chain of hotel."
