“This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. The neighbors were playing loud music several nights until 2am 5. The loft is only accessible by a fireman’s ladder and it was difficult to use. 6. No ice trays Overall it……

“Terrible place don’t book. Host rent me place with broken window and feels ok for her. Not secure area for living. I cancel my booking still waiting for refund ”
