“This place is an absolute gem. You can't hope or wish for a better spot to land. Traveling here from Tenn for our first family vacation/celebration of a new high school graduate. Upon entering we were immediately at awe when we saw the view of the mountains within walking distance. The pool/ spa area and the outdoor space was magnificently maintained and beautiful. The house is stunning and just what we needed in order for everyone to have their own little space wether your inside or outside....

“This place is the perfect place for a small group or a couple of people. The beds were super comfy and the place was nice and clean. We didn’t get a confirmation email the day prior from VRBO but it was easy to communicate with Charlie to get the details. Thanks for providing a great space! I would definitely book again!!”

“I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised. The teenagers slept on the floor on air mattresses we happened to bring....
