I can tell you it was not, and I would book here again in a heartbeat. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the TV in the living room is like a home theater. It’s so big. Absolute best location a block from the boardwalk, and our host Melissa was super responsive.
