“This quaint cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved being steps away from the beach and very close to all the amenities in St Ives. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the parking spot is a distance away because of the old town. So anyone with mobility issues might consider that. There are cabs for hire if needs be. Would recommend, it was perfect for us.”

“The property was very well presented with very good facilities, although it lacked a personal touch eg welcome item such as a small container of milk/ biscuits. ”

“We had quick and easy access to property which was very clean and tidy. Everything worked and all needs were met. And felt just as comfortable as being at home. It was nice and peaceful for sleeping and the bed was one of the most comfortable iv laid on. All in all was very happy with accommodation and will definitely stay again.”

“Very pleased to have found such a lovely property, well equipped, comfortable and extremely clean with lovely decor, bedroom and ensuite shower/wc, and private garden. Most welcoming hosts Jimmy and Dee were lovely to us and our dogs, lots of local knowledge and guidance for places to visit during our 4 night stay. Located between Carbis bay & St.Ives with off road parking we found it most convenient, pub around the corner and good individual businesses also on the main road. Would definitely……

“My parents and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this pretty cottage on the grounds of the lovely estate. The cottage is well-equipped, nicely designed, and very comfortable. It is well located for the port towns and cliff tops of the Lizard Peninsula. I recommend a visit to the stunning Minack Theatre - an outdoor theatre built into the cliffs with views across the ocean, as well as the nearby town of Helston. Thank you, Charles!”
