"We enjoyed this property and it was conveniently located near downtown. Night deposit has pool tables and darts. Shelby’s Trio is a fun place to try as well. Strawberry Ale Ally and Black Horse are worth the stop in. Great food. "

"The condo is tastefully decorated with coffee and granola bars to welcome us! Within a couple blocks walk to town, little shops, and great food! And approximately one hour to Nashville. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!"

"The location was great, just a short drive to the downtown area, walkable to APSU and only about a 5-8 minute walk to a cute little brewery/distillery.The place was really nice. Clean and quite with a nice kitchen."

"We were in town for college baseball spring training at Austin Peay. The location was absolutely perfect for us, great location and a comfortable stay. "

"This property was exactly as listed and a comfortable, safe stay! The complimentary coffee and snacks were welcoming! The smell was fresh upon entering the property. The entire condo was clean outside of a few cob webs in corners and dust around lamps. The only recommendation I would have is to throughly dust ceilings and baseboards And provide hand soap in all bathrooms. The bed was comfy and hvac unit worked great. Location is perfect. I will be back!"

"Julian was a great host, sincerely accommodating and attentive whenever we reached out. We appreciated that the bed had a memory foam topper making it comfortable for a 5 night stay. The kitchen had what you need and we found the spice rack an added bonus for cooking. Great water pressure and all appliances worked well."

"Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in."

"The property was pretty clean, could clean or replace area rugs. The location was very convienet walking distance to university!! A very peaceful place to stay! Enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend to friends!!"

"Horrible stay, we were given 3 towels and told we would have a washer and dryer to use but it didn't work. Host never fixed it during our stay or provide more towels for us. Horrible experience. "
