“We enjoyed our stay at Jeri's lake house! The house was clean, cozy and beautiful! We had 5 adults and 2 children and the set up worked perfect! Neighbors are close but friendly! Dock was great, just remember to bring extension cords if you need to plug up your boat! Amazing sunsets every evening.”

“The house was nice and the view was great but the house was infested with ants and mosquitoes. They were through the entire house. There was bug spray at the house and we used it, it helped some. We had to call the property manager twice in two days. Once because the toilet was broken then again to replace the furnace filter. It was incredibly dirty and we had family with asthma staying. “Overall great visit and I would stay again. All communication was great and check in very easy. Inside was clean, well appointed, and in great shape. King bed we used was nice and comfortable. Although inside was great, outside was in need of a major cleaning. Lots of dirt, dead bugs, old spider webs and mud dauber nests everywhere on walls, windows and doors. “The layout was nice and easy flow from every room. The rooms were all nice sizes and beds were great. Having a gas grill was a big plus. Rented a golf cart from Cunninghams and loved being able to drive it around to the shops and restaurants.”

“This was a great place for my four siblings with our spouses to meet for our annual family reunion. There was plenty of space for everyone! They provide more towels, toilet paper, games and water “toys” than we’ve ever experienced since we started our reunions five years ago. We totally enjoyed ourselves!! “We had a wonderful time. We came for the last few days of my kids spring break. We have 2 kids and they each brought a friend and there was plenty of room for everybody. I know there are pictures and a warning about the trek to the dock but I wasn't quite prepared for how steep it was. There were lots of things the owners took care of that other places don't which was really nice. They had coffee pods, lots of dishwasher pods, gas for the grill and wood to burn.
