"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"Very nice contact with the owners and a very nice flat high above Lago d'Iseo. A place to rest, with not so nearby supermarket or restaurants, so very quiet. A nice small pool. However, very little room to maneuver with a car!In sum, a very nice and relaxing stay!"

"A beautiful apt high on the hill of Parzanica overlooking lake Iseo. Very comfortable. The drive is up 14 hairpin bends. While we were there, there was construction below us during the day but nighttime and weekends were quiet. Great place to bicycle or hike"

"Highly recommend this property, it was clean and had everything we needed. Our favourite part was of course the amazing decking, being able to walk straight out and see the lake and enjoy the beautiful views was unreal!"

"First and foremost a stunning view, from a reasonably sized apartment with a small second bedroom, nice wooden ceilings, two decently sized balconies, with a small garden. Friendly host who is not always present on the property. Giulio gave us delicious figs from the tree! "Instructions for exact location were ambiguous. We arrived looking for the exact address and it took a few minutes to find the right door. There are several businesses at the same address and so there was some cony. This could have been pointed out to avoid such an issue . The apartment was large, spacious and clean. The heating system was not able to be controlled so the entire two days, we were too warm and so uncomfortable. For the washed clothes, it was advantageous. The tv did not work...

"Check-in was smooth, but we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our stay.The AC unit was not functional—it turned on, but no cold air or airflow came out. Despite Diego visit while we were away, the issue remained unresolved, and no follow-up occurred after we requested further help.The shutter on the kitchen window, which is also the main window was broken. As a result, the space had no natural light or ventilation, which we were not informed of beforehand. The bathroom drain...

"I don’t have enough superlatives to describe how wonderful this place is for both its location and incredible host. If you’re looking for beautiful scenery, quiet, and close proximity to Bergamo and Milan this is the place. The owner was so accommodating and helpful which made our stay even more fun!"

"I had a great stay at B&B Hotel Bergamo City. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable, with surprisingly quiet rooms despite being located on a main road. The soundproofing and blackout curtains really help ensure a restful night. The breakfast selection was varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. The hotel also provides parking facilities, which is a big plus if you're driving. One of the best aspects is its location. It's just a short walk from the train station, making day trips to Milan super convenient — only €9 return and about an hour's travel. Additionally, the Città Alta, Bergamo’s historic upper town, is within walking distance and absolutely worth spending a day exploring. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was reliable throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is a solid choice for both leisure and business travelers."

"Delightful hotel - we would happily stay again. Quite centrally located in a nice area (although all of Bergamo seemed very pleasant from what we saw). Spacious bedrooms, reception staff extremely helpful with booking taxis and so on. A welcome drink on the first night was a lovely bonus. We didn't sample the breakfast as there are so many cafes in the city to try, but it looked good. All in all a very pleasant hotel indeed - can't wait to return to Bergamo and the Arli hotel will be high on our list of places to stay. "
