"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "

"The apartment is located in Dalmine between Milano and Bergamo. It's interior is modern and very clean. Dalmine itself is a small town with a few restaurants and bars. Inside the apartment there is air conditioning, a refrigerator, a washing machine and a dish washer available. The communication of the host Marco is friendly, fast and uncomplicated. We can recommend this location and the additional nearby to the Lake Como that we appreciated because of the high temperatures. "

I definitely recommend staying at his apartament. He waited for us late in the evening, and it wasnt a problem we arrived late.
