- Part of an ancient 19th century villa completely renovated this year of 110sqm, two bathrooms, one independent the other private in the largest double bedroom, 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with two single beds for a total of 6 beds. Equipped with kitchen with hob, fridge, dishwasher.
A private terrace where you can dine at sunset and a very large garden where you can play and relax watching the sea which is 5 minutes from the apartment.
The parking is under the property and is free, for those who do not have a car, the bus stop is located in front of the house.
10 minutes from the city center, near places of cultural interest such as the victory lighthouse, Miramare castle and the sanctuary of Monte Grisa.
there is an organic food shop in the structure itself.
