“This Hotel is wonderful. 20 of 10 points!! All employees are very friendly, work extremely efficiently and fulfil each wish you might have. We spent 10 nights in penthouse with private pool. Everything was luxurious, very clean. Employees are proud to work in this Hotel and you feel that. Everything worked perfectly. Also transfers etc, done by Maurijet and organized by the Hotel. Just great!! Thanks again for absolute great service. ”

“Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst motiviert. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und lecker zubereitet. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Nur wenige Meter zum Traumstrand von Trou aux Biches. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Obwohl wir nun schon zum zweiten Mal, wenn auch nur für wenige Tage, hier zu Gast waren, werden wir wieder kommen. Man fühlt sich halt wohl und genießt den freundlichen Flair und……

“Notre séjour à villa Canelle s'est déroulé dans de très bonnes conditions. L'accueil par Emmanuel très accueillant. Les personnes venant faire l'entretien super sympa, souriantes. La maison était telle que décrite avec tout le confort. Un séjour bien agréable. Plage proche, la supérette popo top. Les bus. Bref trop bien. ”

“What can I say, i do not usually write reviews but i had to for this one, i booked a really expensive 5* hotel in Mauritius using the Hotel.com app and our experience was so bad we was left stranded at the middle of the night. Luckily this hotel was free and taken us in, now i was on my honeymoon and it was a disaster from the start but the manager at this property was a ray of sunshine.
