You can see the ferry coming and going, tides, fishing boats, and more. Pool still open and people are swimming, end of Sept! Peaceful and relaxing. ”
“The pool area was nice…the indoor pool warm… only thing to know .. is there is no elevator and always get a pool side 1st floor with patio particularly on west entrance … we stayed in room 108 and I would request that same location if I returned. Tipped housekeeping $5 each morning… room was kept very very clean each day”
“The view of the bay was gorgeous. But more importantly, the staff was very accommodating. When needing to make room changes weeks prior to our stay, they were very helpful and ensured we were satisfied. We chose Dune Crest due to being pet friendly. The grounds included a dog park and a relief area right outside our room complete with poo bags and a garbage pail for convenience. The complimentary continental breakfast was decent, offering pastries, cereals, yogurt with toppings, hard-boiled……

"AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
