“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this……

“Glad there was a mini fridge with a small freezer! All went well and the room was small but totally adequate. Only complaint was that the AC/Heater was a bit noisy overnight, but I would stay here again-definitely. ”

“the beds are high. Being slightly disabled at this point in my life the bed, while comfortable was difficult to get into. The Water temps in the bathroom were irregular and not quite hot enough to shower, which SUCKED!”

“Parking was easy and the room was clean. I found that the white towels were quite gray and some were actually stained. I think the towels could use replacing. I have recommended Rodeway in the past, but I am a bit hesitant now because of the shabby towels. Respectfully ”

“I called them Friday to tell them the ferry wasn't running so I couldn't get there and they told me I did NOT have a reservation! I was charged anyway. What is this even about? I spoke to a human there.”

“The Property is under construction, the Buffet Breakfast consisted of a few small oranges and two apples, stale old bread, a couple of old muffins, funky tasting pancakes from a weird little machine, and funky tasting coffee, This is the worst one yet. The staff is not very helpful at all so if you're going to brave this place just remember, you are on your own for everything else except the pool, that's the only thing that they didn't lie about or forget to mention in advertising.
