“We stayed in a beachfront efficiency, great porch overlooking the beach which is just steps away. Room was cozy and very cute. It is about 10 min from the shops in Chatham, but if you are looking for some R and R, this is a great place. Loved the ocean sound and breeze from our window.”

“Pass on this one - there are likely much better choices. The location was great! Beautiful views of golf course and lovely neighborhood. The room was disappointing. Outdated and in need of serious updates. The old carpet smell was displeasing. The bathroom window lock was broken and the bathroom window would not fully close. Bathtub/shower was cheaply done with a fiberglass type overlay that did not adhere to the wall. Old type shower head. Old outdated tile. The king size bed was……
