The room was so smelly like mildew and full of mismatched furniture. When we asked for a room change, they said they didnt have any rooms, when we asked for a refund they said it wasnt policy and they didnt need to refund because they already had our money, this was the worst experience, we were on vacation and had no room. This was the worst room I have ever seen and I once had to stay in a motel 6 in LA.
