The drapery over the ground level window had been torn apart at one end so it was unable to cover the entire window and there was molding that had been ripped off of the bathroom doorway.There were no towels in the room, no toilet paper, no tissues, no cups, no face towels or wash cloths,no waste basket, no towels bars or hooks anywhere. OK bed was crammed into a corner and we had to pull it out to be able to access both sides. 2 hangers on the closet bar. The TV had cable TV if you were willing to look at a fuzzy screen on every channel. Bathroom electrical outlet did not function. the spread was as thin as the sheets, with no blanket at all. It was in a very loud location and many of the clientele were also loud. The ice machine was broken the check in was through a bulletproof glass window, similar to what you would do at a bank. It took us awhile to get the heater to work and the place was not very clean. By going to the office/pulletproof window, we were able to get a roll of toilet paper and bath towels. When we asked for a blanket we were told that they had none. It goes without saying that there was no coffee pot microwave or fridge. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and the shower was hot so for the price I think it was a good hotel. You can only check in after 3pm. When I went to open my door the keycard didn’t work because the electronic reader had been tampered clearly. After 5 min I got in. Went to the restroom and the room had no toilet paper, no soap. Went to the front desk and rudely the girl told me they charge for those items. You’re telling me I have to pay for toilet paper and soap? So I walked off went back to the room. The night came and there was shooting. Someone overdosed and people were talking so loud outside. The bedding was horrible so it didn’t help. I was planning to stay a week but ended leaving the next morning. I hit up Expedia told them the issue and guess what. They called the hotel and the number doesn’t work. Super inn gives out a faulty number so when people try to get a refund they never actually get the call and Expedia needs permission to refund your money. Guess what happened, Expedia gave me a $20 voucher when my week stay cost $196\.
