I have never had a better shower in a hotel room. This isnt an artsy shower head that gives the sensation of a warm spring rain, NO. This thing will take paint off! It must be at 80 psi. It was awesome! Despite the proximity to the highway it was quiet and we had a good nights sleep without interruption. Would stay here again.

First off, I paid a $17.00 fee to Expedia when I booked the trip for insurance. This would ensure if I had to leave early, I could be reimbursed and/or cancel the remaining days. That proved to be false. I understand maybe that is on Expedia's side to deal with, but when I asked the attendant, it was a flat out refusal and just shook his head and said - It's non refundable. My trip was shortened due to business, and I could not get the last day refunded even though I paid for that. Secondly, the carpet and the entire 2nd floor has a horrible odor. It smells like mildew and rotten fruit. A good steam cleaning is in store for this place. The room was okay but the sheets were dirty with a hole in the pillow case. While I was there a tornado hit the area and the electricity went off. There was nobody at the hotel announcing to any of the people what was going on. Nobody checked on anybody. What if the tornado hit near that area? Where is the shelter? I don't know as no one did anything about it. Bad service. Shady hotel and will never be coming back. A shame the name of your company is Comfort inn as it was anything but.

Front desk Staff was very rude, they were redoing the outside a bit which led to not a great sight from the outside. Respect to the cleaning lady’s tho. Breakfast was also really lame.

The room itself was clean, but the bed was terribly uncomfortably and hurt my back. Felt like I would roll off, as though someone very very heavy had slept there. The staff was incredibly rude in their communication from the time I checked in, almost slimy, and refused to allow me to move rooms, change the linen when I asked, or make any effort to help make my stay more comfortable. It appeared only about three other rooms on my floor were being used, it wasn’t a space avail or busy issue. I will never stay here again and absolutely do not recommend anyone else stay here.

The Comfort Inn Hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had lots of choices and fresh, warm food was put in frequently. We would definitely stay there again if we are in Owasso.

I had two concerns. 1. My room temperature was frigid. 2. The carpet in my room was sticky and turned the bottom of my feet black. Otherwise I had no issues. The breakfast was good. :)

The hotel is renovating some rooms. We had an executive king room which was remodeled and very nice. Comfortable bed nice big TV and was quiet. Hallways are wide but not renovated. Elevator always smelled like sewage. Lobby was fine. Parking lot was large with plenty of parking. Lots of construction right now at this exit. Food and gas stations nearby

The room was not that clean. The wall by the phone was dirty, the chair in the room was dirty, the lamp shade had water stains on it, and the lights in the bathroom had dead bugs in the light fixtures. The deadbolt wouldnt lock. We did love that its no smoking for the whole hotel.
