“Oltre al titolo della villa fuorviante, perché non esiste nessuna piscina all'interno se non quella residenziale e a pagamento, la villa ci è stata fatta trovare in condizioni pessime. Sporco ovunque, padelle sporche d'olio, tende sporche, lenzuola e coprimaterassi ricoperti di polvere e macchie che preferisco non sapere cosa fossero. Il divano letto era in condizioni ancora peggiori. Al piano di sopra una puzza di chiuso pesantissima, ci sono voluti due giorni di finestre aperte per ricambiare……

“Fabulous 3 villas set in gorgeous gardens. Ideal for large family group of 15. Lovely owner who popped in every morning, but never intrusive. Treated us to pizza on first day and delicious croissants during the week. He didn’t speak English and we didn’t speak Italian, but we managed with languages app and sign language! Amazing pool area ideal for relaxing holiday. Highly recommend this booking.”

“Casa Pergola is a a rare find: a beautiful comfortable home with sweeping views of a lake and mountains surrounded by olive groves, flowers and fruit trees. The outdoor space is incredible including a beautiful pool and outdoor fireplace and "family room ". The kitchen is great for cooking as well. Paul and David are fabulous hosts and feel like old friends and steered us the right way time and again including having Chef Bruno and Giovanni prepare a gourmet dinner. In all, a wonderful vacation……

“Fabio (Property Owner) answered all questions we had in a very timely manner. He is very personable and a pleasure to speak with. The villa pictures on line were a good representation, but even the villa is even more beautiful in person! Stunning views from each level of the villa and the pool was wonderful, clean and refreshing! All the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage space. The open concept of the kitchen, eating area and family room were very spacious and flowed very nicely……

“A very well designed and located property which was well equipped. We appreciated being close to a train station and the beach. The nearby restaurants were very good. It was a great base for hiking in the Madonie mountains. The property information online seemed to suggest we were renting the whole house rather than just the ground floor. We recommend this being clearer for future clients.”
