The apartment features a wall-mounted fold-down double bed and a BZ sofa with a bunk bed above. The bathroom is equipped with a small bathtub (please note, the edge is high) and a separate WC. The studio also includes a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and filter coffee machine. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. End-of-stay cleaning and linen rental are not included but can be booked as an option through the agency. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . High chair : 10.0 € per stay . Travel cot : 25.0 € per stay . End-of-stay cleaning : 60.0 € per stay . Towel kit : 8.0 € per person per stay . Bath mat : 4.0 € per stay . Dish towel (pack of 2) : 3.0 € per person per stay . Double bed linen and towel pack for 2 people : 32.0 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
