The entry process to the room from the street took 4 different keys - great security, but a little bothersome. Because of some internet glitches we had some difficulty the first day of our stay because of a communications problem. Fabio welcomed us and Valentina stayed in touch by WhatsApp, suggesting best ways of reaching the hotel from arriving at the airport. The hotel is discreet, very quiet, down a quiet alley and clean and homely - the room wasn’t large but painted in warm colours with a tasteful old style wardrobe and drawers. Clean linen appeared each day, more than needed - new shower & toilet with very warm radiator which was welcome in February. We stayed three nights and didn’t have the breakfasts but saw them beautifully laid out. The floor was very dirty, had not been clean properly.The mattress was terrible, dont have a mattress cover so you feel all the plastic buttons from mattress. Very uncomfortable. Don't even give you two pillows. We complain and they came to clean the room, but not the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Even though it says Laundry Services, is not true. Reservamos o " Quarto casal clássico, Banheiro PRIVATIVO (External)". O banheiro não ficava dentro do quarto. O quarto ficava no 2º andar. Para acessar o banheiro, tínhamos que descer (com nossos produtos de higiene pessoal) até o 1º andar. O principal problema é que o banheiro não era, na verdade, PRIVATIVO. Enquanto o anfitrião nos mostrava a acomodação, por exemplo, havia OUTRA PESSOA USANDO O BANHEIRO QUE DEVERIA SER PRIVATIVO A NÓS. Isso acontece porque o hotel, embora anuncie que o banheiro é privativo do quarto, não o tranca. Não há uma chave sequer - qualquer um que abra a maçaneta consegue usá-lo. Enquanto tomávamos banho ou usávamos o banheiro, por exemplo, era comum ouvir outros hóspedes tentando abrir o banheiro, para usá-lo. Isso é nojento. Não traz nenhuma segurança sanitária a nós. Anunciam que o banheiro é privativo, mas não implementam uma tranca sequer para que o banheiro seja realmente privativo. Me causa espanto que a Hoteis.com continue anunciando esse tipo de quarto com este estabelecimento, nestas condições.
