The property is situated on a small, quiet walkway while still very near lots of shops, eateries, etc. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony for enjoying early morning coffee with a view in the fresh air. We walked to St. Marks and several places on the Grand Canal. Just one note: the building has no elevator, so beware.

A small hotel in a quiet area. 8 mins walk from the main car parks, bus terminal etc. Away from the hectic, crowded areas of Rialto Bridge and St. Marc’s Square but easy to walk to them in 15 mins. Restaurants and shops nearby.

Fabulous

Fantastic location. Very convenient for the train station but very peaceful and close to lots of nice, less touristy restaurants and canals etc. it was so enjoyable to just wander around the area. The property and room was lovely, looking out over private gardens. Only minor point was the insistence on paying the city tax in cash. All other places we have stayed were happy to add it onto the credit card bill.

Très bien situé, au calme et à 20 minutes de la place Saint Marc à pieds. Personnel très gentil et au petit soin, un petit dejeuner excellent avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire plaisir à tout le monde, sucré et salé. Que du positif concernant ce sejour à l'hôtel. Un autre point positif : de très bons restos à proximité. La seule chose qui pourrait etre négative est que les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisée mais après ça reste du savoir vivre pour les personnes qui se lèvent tôt ou se couchent tard. Personnellement, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Die Unterkunft ist echt gemütlich. Es wird auf Sauberkeit geachtet und man bekommt ein tolles Frühstück. Das Personal ist auch ganz nett. Personal ist nur morgens/mittags vorzufinden, da sich diese Unterkunft als eine Art Bed&Breakfast und Zimmervermietung handelt. Ist also nicht als Hotel heranzuziehen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr angenehm.
