You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

House on the Marina - moor your own boat at your back door

Situated on Coorong Quays with views of Sturt Lagoon and its little Island.

Your own personal jetty for mooring a boat, swimming, fishing, kayaking or just relaxing with a glass of wine!

A five minute drive to Goolwa.

The living areas:
- the living/dining/kitchen area has beautiful waterfront views. There is an extendable table, generous lounges, TV, walk in pantry, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine and other kitchen appliances.
- the theatre is a separate room with smart TV and play station 3. There is also a sofa bed (queen size).

The bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed with walk in robe and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - queen bed with built in robe
Bedroom 3 - 2 bunks (ie 4 beds)
Sofa bed (queen) in theatre room

The bathrooms
- ensuite to bedroom 1 with toilet, shower
- main bathroom with bath and shower - separate toilet

The outdoors … our favourite place!
- large grassed area sloping down to the jetty. The jetty provides a lovely place for recreation and relaxation such as boating, kayaking, fishing and swimming.
- Kayaks with life jackets are supplied.

Problem getting key No keys in key safe bit finally some turned up
Very quiet & comfortable & clean Definitely would recommend this place Lots of ammenities to use if you wanted to (We being all over 70 did not ) In-laws from interstate holidayed with us We all were attending a 3rd brothers 80th birthday at the community centre nearby so house was very convenient Please apologise to owner I forgot to put out garbage from under the sink but all papers etc were put in recycle bin Would be good to be able to contact owner more easily when problems occur Although I am quite computer savvy I found your web site difficult to navigate

My partner and 2 of our children stayed over this weekend as a get away. We all loved the relaxed atmosphere and layout of the property with the "Kids" (20 and 17) taking up camp in the Theatre Room both nights before heading back to their rooms for the night. Allowing my partner and I time alone. The family area also allowed us all to come together for meals or to build our Lego sets or play games well into the night. The dock made the perfect setting for that first cuppa and peace before starting the day of exploring the local area. We are now planning a full family trip with My Partner, Myself, our 3 adult children and my Inlaws. More than enough room for everyone to come back together or have their own space in their own room. The couch converting into a bed in the theatre room is a definite bonus.

An excellent property on the waterfront, with supplied kayaks (with safety gear), fishing rods, private mooring wharf. Well supplied kitchen (lots of plates, glasses etc). Good theatre room for relaxing after a day on the water.

Delightful house
We were delighted with the house. Everything we needed was provided even quite a few pantry items. The outlook onto the water was lovely and watching the boats sail by was delightful. Although we didn't use the kayaks the house is well equipped for a family with children to have fun on the water. The private jetty is great to fish from too. Mishael has provided a house for a great relaxing holiday experience. Highly recommended .

Kayaking Heaven with a stunning view.
Stunning clean new holiday home with everything you need. Our teenagers love Kayaking and making new friends. We will definitely return. So much to do with many cafes and little shops to explore .

House and situation were very good. Lounges a bit low for people our age. It was disappointing to see that the rubbish bin had been filled by the neighbours. It was empty when we arrived. You may receive a notice saying it was excessively heavy, but not from us.

An amazing holiday home
Our family loved this large family home. We booked for a family wedding on the island. Perfect location the views of the water perfection! In no way can this property be faulted!! Amazing views, communication and such neat and tidy home!
My Parents and I, along with my cousins and their two kids, 3 and 15 drove up from Melbourne over Christmas. Leading up to our trip Mishael was promptly available to answer queries and put our minds at ease for anything Covid related as well as give us ideas on how best to spend our time at Hindmarsh Island. On arrival we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the property. Not only was it one of the most clean homes we've stayed in but the views are breathtaking and create a naturally calming environment. The theatre room was a nice little added bonus to keep the kids entertained and gave the adults a much needed break. It's great for a relaxing holiday!! I would highly recommend this property for your next getaway and look forward to returning sometime soon. Thank you Mishael for being such a lovely and considerate host. We’ve had a lovely holiday. Generous sized bedrooms and lounge rooms for the 8 of us. Fun to boat across to Goolwa from the house. Great bbq and kitchen facilities and the canoes were fun too.
