“I’d to book 3 rooms last minute as our flight got delayed by one day. The staff is excellent, the front desk even went out of their way to make room suggestions. The rooms are very clean, spacious, bathrooms are excellent and the A/C (mini split) works as designed. The private beach is clean, infinity pool looks amazing and the Koi fish in the lobby was such a nice surprise. Excellent resort. ”
“Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card.”
