"I had a very disappointing stay at this Radisson Blu hotel and would not recommend it. Upon check-in, the reception staff forgot to return my passport, which is a serious oversight and caused unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in both the shower and sink area, and basic amenities like shower gel and hand wash were missing. The in-room facilities were also subpar. The iron was leaking and had to be replaced, which further reflects the lack of attention to maintenance. Overall, the amenities and service fell far below what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star standard. Additionally, the hotel is currently under construction, which made the environment unpleasant and disruptive. There is also no pool available, which was another letdown. To add to the frustration, I was not allowed to have breakfast while wearing flip-flops, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor standard of the hotel. All in all, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I expected much better."
