"Staff very rude! Not friendly at all.
Pool is broken. Hot water is on and off. Building looks great and has great potential but needs some attention. Buffet was expensive but worth every penny. I would definitely eat there again. I paid with credit card but they also charged my room"
"We stayed in this hotel for 12 days. The staff recognized our „long stay“ by giving us a special gift which we appreciatef. We requested for a late check out but they could only give us an hour beyond the usual check out time. Having stayed for 12 days, we expected at least 3 hours beyond the usual check out time."
