Definitely a dated hotel but I just needed a clean place for 2 nights. Room had fridge, microwave, iron/ironing board, and clean sheets & towels. The prices of other hotels in Wabash were greatly jacked up this particular weekend so BlissPoint was a great value for the price.

Look, you get what you pay for. This place is super run down, but the people are nice and the price easy. Don't expect any extras, or fresh paint.

I arrived near midnight, knowing that would happen I called early to let them know, and there was no desk agent. I called the phone number on the sign and could not reach anyone. I then made contact with the maintenance man as another the sign on the door said. They did not know of my reservation and had to "just give me a room". The room had no amenities or shower curtain. The beds appeared reasonably clean, but I did not feel comfortable. Room was conld and could not find the thermostat.

Unfortunately one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Room had dirty looking towels. Was told they were clean but stained. Did not replace. TV didn’t work. Went to desk twice and given multiple remotes. They finally replaced TV by setting new in front of broken. Keycard stopped working. They had to replace mechanism. AC leaked. They fixed by stuffing towels under it. Toilet not bolted to floor. It threw me off. Contacted about that and they didn’t seem concerned. I asked for receipt and staff said they didn’t know how, and get this, they wrote amount, date and paid on the back of envelope. It didn’t even have the motel’s name or address on it. Supposed to have breakfast buffet. I asked what time they opened and was told 8 AM, sometimes later. I wasn’t able to try this because I left earlier than 8 each morning. Finally, I didn’t realize my wife had already paid through Hotels.com, I went to desk about a refund and was told he couldn’t access computer because he didn’t know how. Also, sometimes it worked and sometimes not. I may have to contest this with my CC company. Time will tell. Terrible experience.

The room had no towels, tissues, toiletries, plastic cups or ice bucket. The smoke detector was missing. There were no shelves in the mini fridge. The air conditioner/heater had no cover and the associated power outlets were exposed. The front desk was not open until 7:45 AM and was never open 24/7 per the Expedia write up. Breakfast was as not included. When I was able to speak with the front desk about the towels, they assured I’ll have some by the time I returned only to find nothing in my room. Asking again, the manager went in the back office to get them and has a good laugh with another person; presumably at my expense. When the towels did arrive in my room, one was badly stained and the other looked like a child’s towel. It was not a standard motel towel but patterned with a leaf design and had several threadbare holes. The entire facility was in horrible condition and resembled a transient motel with some rooms having broken windows. I will never stay at a Point Bliss motel again and SHAME ON Expedia for not doing any due diligence.

The room was kinda clean. The staff was completely not helpful we asked for towels and then 3 hours later we still didn't have towels and they were not busy. The air conditioning barely worked we turned it on full blast and it still didn't cool down the room after 3 hours and the room isn't even that big. The room is old and muggy. This is a cheaper option but still isn't worth the money do not pre-order this motel. The pool was not in working order so you couldn't swim. There is not breakfast free here there is a restaurant connected to the motel but it is not free. The concrete for the walking areas up to the rooms are cracked alot which made my wife wonder if it's structurally sound. And the door knobs we're not working properly hard to get in and get out which is a safety hazard. The number that is down for the motel is not the motels number and there is no way to contact the owner. Also the areas around the rooms were dirty and weeds were overgrown. All this led to us staying somewhere else for the night because it was not a good place to stay. The pictures they show on the website look good but it was selective picturing.

Property was dirty. First room we went into work dirty ( bed slept in bathroom dirty smelled terrible) went back down to the office to the clerk went into another room door world nutrient and needle outside of room door wen back down to office and wanted a refund clerk said we had to contact hotels.com for a refund. And we left !!!

The room didn't even appear to be clean. There was garbage still in the waste basket and a dead bug on the floor. The bed wasn't made and the pillows weren't even on the bed. I had to move the nightstand as the light wasn't even plugged in and discovered cigarette butts on the floor. It was rainy and I didn't want to have to walk all the way back to the front to complain. The adjacent restaurant wasn't even bussing the tables. I even mentioned they needed busboy and all I got was giggles back. There wasn't a breakfast option and I wasn't going to try the restaurant again. I left shortly after waking up and packing up my things. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

One of the worst motels I've ever been to. It says breakfast included but it doesn't. The bathroom was unclean. The place is falling apart and it seems to be a permanent residence for several people, who appear after dark to make all kinds of noise. We left before 6am once we got the door unstuck where we could leave.

This hotel was more of a flop house than an actual hotel, there were toys, chairs, kids carseats, junk trucks, etc outside many of the rooms. There was no breakfast of any kind, and I thought the webpage said there was, and the restaurant onsite did not open until 8am. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee to make it. there was no soap or shampoo or kleenex in the room (thankfully I brought my own) The owners either need to stop advertising it as a hotel, or clean the place up and make it feel safe for travelers. also, the pool was closed (and looked permanently closed, but who knows)
