"Got off to a bit of a rough start when they wouldn't let us check in until after 6 pm. Not what you want when you've been driving all day and the shops in town close at 5pm. "The views from the deck absolutely cannot be beat. The house itself had great charm - almost a cabin on the ocean vibe. The house is very well stocked with all you would ever need! The path to the beach was indeed challenging due to recent runoff. Additionally, parking was pretty limited. All in all, a great place! We hope to return!"

"The view of the ocean was spectacular. We really enjoyed sitting in the recliners staring out at the sea. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was so fun to be close to the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was very accomodating. The only slight issues were that I couldn't figure out how to start the dishwasher and we had some trouble with the door lock in the garage. It was a beautiful house and we hope to come back again."

"We visit the coast a lot for our getaway. Overall the property is what we needed but with a few hiccups. PRO's: The property had everything and more that you would need. As an animal lover I noticed they even had supplies for your fur baby if you bringthem along.This has great accessibility for wheelchair especially bathroom needs."

"The house was perfect for our family and friends gathering in Newport. The different areas for siting offered a variety of places for different conversations. The kitchen had all the items we needed for preparing and serving meals for everyone. We had a couple people try the soaking tubs who said it was a great experience to sit in the warm water and feel like they were inside a sea shell where they heard only the ocean and nothing else. "This house is great for families. There are two separate living spaces and an entire room dedicated to young kids so lots of room to spread out. The cookware was a hodgepodge of things so it made it kind of challenging to cook breakfast but we made due with what was there. The bath towels had a really gross smell. Like a combination of mold and body odor so we had to rewash them before we used them. The other thing that was not ideal was that right next to the house is like a big open swamp...

"Our family of 8, ranging in age from 61 to less than a year was so happy in this home!! Except for only one working jet in the jacuzzi, we were content and cozy inside this updated 3 bedroom, 3 bath with bunkbeds, large kitchen, drop zone, working wood burning fireplace, view of the coast and I could go on! The path to the beach is pretty nice and access to shops and groceries was just down the road. There was great communication with the homeowner too. Recommend!"
