“Very nice property, clean, and a great view of the ocean. Its in a cute little artsy neighborhood with some fun restaurants. We used the hot tub and pool which was nice at the end of a day of sightseeing. The ONLY negative was that there were no sheets anywhere to be found for the sofa bed. I called the answering service to ask for someone to bring sheets and while they were polite, they basically inciated “they would do their best to get someone, but it’s Sunday”. 4 hours later no one had……

“Beautiful condo-style space, delightful for two people and would be plenty comfortable and private for two couples. Well appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and stair down to the water. Super nice staff, easy check in and out; entrance is on a main street but the view makes it feel like a getaway. I wish we had time to stay longer!”

“This cluster of cottages was a perfect blend of funky and fabulous! On the outside they are beachy and very rustic. When we stepped in the door, we were greeted with a decor that made us smile for 4 days! The Mermaid Manor theme was delightful and fun and not a bit tacky! Many of the amenities were gallery quality and lovely! Everything was comfortable and the bed was exceptional. Also, the host was very prompt and easy to reach as well as delightful! We had an amazing getaway in this……

“Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Only thing missing in the kitchen imo is a waffle maker. The bathroom could use some maintenance but it is clean and spacious with a tub for bathing littles. The washer and dryer provide a little extra counter space if you need it. I visited the property with four 15yr old girls. We needed the extra counter space. I wish the blue curtains in the living room were wider to close completely at night but I used a blanket in the house to drape over……

“The view is outstanding. Can't ask for a better place to sit and watch the waves. The furnishing are not too comfortable. The bed was good and supportive. The windows that open need screens. The door lock system with the codes is finicky. Go slow inputtingthe numbers. Good convenience to local food and drink. Just need to walk a block or two.”

“The unit was clean on arrival and there were no serious issues. There were some nitpicky items: the bathtub faucet dripped, almost all of the drawers in the chest in the bedroom and in the bathroom were full of extra bedding or towels, leaving the bedside tables the only drawers to store clothing in. There was one hanger in the closet. The bed pillows seriously need to be replaced, and the sheets could use an upgrade. Cookware is sub-standard/scratched & worn. The couch could stand to be……

“Nice marina view and nice bay view from the balcony. Not a great space for family of 4. It’s very tight. The Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. This is better for one or two people for a night or two that are going out on a fishing charter or something like that.”

“View was great, a little bit of a walk- 5 - 7 minutes? to get onto the beach trail. Home was comfortable, but very basic kitchen. No kitchen knife, and after a few hours, I heard the housekeeper upstairs cleaning the other unit and popped up to grab one. Inadequate pots and pans for cooking. Very small pots and pans. Mostly plastic plates; we do not care for plastic plates. No wine glasses. No salt, pepper, oil, or anything in the kitchen to support meal cooking, so plan on bringing everything.……
