“An amazing stay in the 4th of July weekend- great place, double pool, giant rooms and everything in, included a patio for chillout, grilling and enjoy weekends with family and friends. Also, owners are nice, really kind and we definitely stay in touch for future escapes”

“My wife, kids, grandparents and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront Modern House over the last weekend! The home is very spacious and easily accommodated our large group. In addition, we appreciated the stylish decor and the fact that the house was immaculate. “We had a lovely relaxing stay at Don and Tammy's home. It was spacious, well maintained and perfectly equipped, and a short walk to the lake. We enjoyed a bit of kayaking, grilling and even sat in the pretty lighted gazebo enjoying the night sky. The hosts were very communicative and took great care of our needs. Great place to spend quality time with family and friends! ”

“The property was lovely. There were extra towels and very well stocked kitchen supplies. My only complaint was the overwhelming odor after someone used the fireplace. I wish there was something to neutralize the smokey odor. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedrooms. At least a tv in the master bedroom. I would stay here again. ”

“Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. ”

“Amazing peaceful house with a beautiful patio and a camp fire site. Perfect to getaway from NYC noise. Only con is the bed in the main bedroom is very soft you can sink into, I ”

“This is our second time around, and we loved it just as much. The place feels isolated and welcoming, cosy yet large enough to breathe and relax. Accord is also lovely, with plenty of restaurants and little antiques stores to keep us busy. This time around it rained most of the time, so no hiking for us, but the hot tub made up for that ;) ”

Two docks were useful for fishing and wading in the lake. My two kids switched activities all day every day, non-stop, and neither one even asked for an electronic. “We had to stage for a wedding at this place, and it was absolutely fabulous. There was plenty of room. The kitchen was amazing. The house was clean. It was beautifully decorated plenty of room for people to come and go.We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely stay here again. The homeowner was extremely helpful. Extremely kind and hospitable! It was an amazing stay. Probably our favorite place we stayed at.”
