“The "apartment" is an extension on a house with its own convenient private entrance. We arrived late at night and the seemingly complicated self-check in directions we received turned out to be very simple. It was also very easy to find a variety of dining options nearby in town.We did not use the pool, but the interior "apartment" was lovely. It would have been helpful to know another renter was staying in an adjacent "apartment". We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the thermostat. Thank……

“The home is welcoming, so cute and charming. There are 3 sleeping areas with beds. We had 6 for a mother/daughter trip. The home is located within walking distance of serveral restaurants! Fabulous location. We were able to visit a local winery - Millbrook and take a tour of Elk Ravine Farm, and eat breakfast at the Hangar! Amazing trip and would not have been the same without this wonderful stay! Thank you Tanya!”

Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. “I would give more stars if I could, this was the perfect place for our long weekend! The cabin was very homey and inviting, and everything was so clean. The heated bathroom floor was a very nice surprise! The location was perfect as there was plenty do to close by (walk to the lake, grab a bite from the Putnam Market) and also a short trip from some of the other destinations we wanted to visit. “Perfect size for family, plus 2 dogs. Location convenient to everything we wanted to do. Decent sized yard for dogs to get out.Had to replace batteries for tv remote and it would still not turn it off and on. Water pressure could be better in master bath.Overall great for our particular needs on this visit.”

“The house is nice and clean and very convenient to get to from the heart of New Paltz. The kitchen isn't very equipped for cooking, but there are plenty of dishes and coffee cups. The upstairs art is pretty uncomfortable and my teenage sons were creeped out by it all. The Hosts are super nice and very responsive. Thank you for a good stay. ”

“We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us.
