Staff were very accommodating and polite. The weather was extremely cold, and the resort's heating systems were having trouble keeping up with the low temperatures, but the staff did their best to find ways to make the experience enjoyable for all guests.

Spacious, clean and having a TV in each room was a nice surprise. Our grandchildren loved their loft, but in the advertisement it says bedroom, which would tell you that the room is enclosed. This is important with the amount of light and sound keeping them awake when trying to get them to sleep. ...

We had everything necessary to make our stay perfect! 2nd year we have stayed and we have enjoyed the cabin each time. Little warm upstairs but we were prepared and it was just fine!
