“The cleanliness of this place was just completely unacceptable. In my mind, you have one job, just make sure you clean it well between guests. The bed is also a complete tragedy. I had an event today that I am completely miserable for now because of the lack of sleep and literal pains that I woke up with. The driveway up the alley is not made for low sitting cars. I dragged my front bumper and bottom of car across it. I deeply regret staying in this place.”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The first thing we noticed is that the door that goes out to the deck is not sealed properly. Snow and very cold air come through a large crack at the bottom the door. We were able to block this with pillows. All the towels appeared washed, but were damp to the touch.
