"Usually stay at the Motel 6, but for some reason it was much more expensive than the Red Roof Inn, Erie. Both hotels are near each other near the Presque Isle casino. Short ten minute drive to city and one exit to Millcreek mall. Unlike Motel 6, it had a mini fridge and microwave. Stayed on the second floor without an elevator which may be an issue for someone with mobility issues. Great stay, would highly recommend."

"I was visiting the North East, PA area for the first time to visit the Lake Shore Railway Museum to see and watch trains so I selected the Holiday Inn Express to lodge overnight as it is located about 2 miles from the Museum. Check-in was quick with courteous service from the front desk attendant. My room was spacious, clean, with wireless Internet, mini fridge and microwave. I had dinner at the on-site New Harvest Pub and Restaurant located adjacent to the Hotel's parking lot. Meal was quite good there. Complimentary breakfast at the hotel featured a buffet style with choice of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, pastries, cereals, juices, coffee so there is plenty of breakfast choices available. One thing of note is that the Hotel is located adjacent to an interchange to Interstate 90 and in addition, the local road that passes the hotel sees a decent amount of traffic including trucks using Jake brakes so depending on which side of the building your room is on, you may hear some traffic noise from the room, especially from louder vehicles. To sum up, my stay was pleasant, comfortable and I will choose this motel again for future visits."

"I wasn’t sure what to expect as this hotel is rated 2.5 stars, but it’s excellent. Clean, easy to get in and out of, very nicely renovated. Great food close by. Absolutely the nicest check-in I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Watching the sunset now from down the street. Great hotel!"

"We rented 2 rooms for an overnight stay on a road trip. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good too. It was a good stay. "
