The room was extremely noisy not only with people in the lobby or neighboring rooms, but the air conditioner was so loud turning on and off throughout the night that prevented me from getting any sleep.

My husband stuck the key card in his back pocket and we went through it and looked and looked through the whole room and threw our luggage and we couldn’t find it and we got down the road 200 miles away and finally found it in his back pocket I called the property and they were awesome. They said, don’t worry about it, it happens all the time really nice people that work the front desk I think they all need raises. Thank you again we had a wonderful night.

Parking was a problem especially if you’re pulling a trailer. There was no hot water we had to take cold showers in the excuse was that the hotel was at full capacity. The boiler system should be able to handle full capacity. Just sayin! The staff stated that there would be compensation for the lack of hot water electric at checkout no compensation because we booked through third party. Pretty sure we paid the hotel not the third party.

The breakfast buffet had a large selection. Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel smelled fresh and very clean. It was clean and a great variety of amenities.

We had a GREAT stay at Tru! The room was clean and we really liked the soap, shampoo and lotion. That may sound silly or trivial, but I travel for a living and have stayed in many hotels and usually the toiletries are cheaply made. These were quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was updated and fresh. The breakfast was great! Something for everyone - most dietary needs were met. The breakfast area had lots of phone outlets - you don’t see that everywhere and we appreciated that. The staff was courteous and friendly. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely choose to stay at Tru again, wherever we go.

Almost perfect!
I started to knock the review down one star because the people next to us were very loud. But right before we called the office, at 10:02 they broke up and it was completely quiet. So it wasn't the walls were thin, but that the people were so loud. And they stopped. Everything else was just almost perfect. It was a GREAT room, GREAT front desk, GREAT breakfast, really good bathroom. And it had a good price. So, yeah, we would stay there again in a heartbeat!
