Beach Trip
Overall the trip was great! Clean property, well kept, easy to access and within walking distance of the lake/beach/shops/bike trail. We stayed for two nights and made dinner for ourselves, the Kroger and plenty of restaurants being near by make it easy to take kids and spouse.

A Great Birthday Weekend
Everything was wonderful. We liked having extra powder room upstairs. Deck was fabulous. I used my bird app and recorded up to 12 birds including a Coopers Hawk. My husband liked seeing a black squirrel. TV and all amenities were awesome. Only one thing....watch the stairs and step inside the door.

Wonderful Cottage!
We loved our stay! Everything was better than described/pictured. We enjoyed having space to press out and enjoy the back patio, movies on the comfy couch or home made dinners. The beds were very comfy! The location was perfect for getting to Grace and walking down to the lake and Village. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host was great and quick! We look forward to staying in the future!

Weekend getaway
My daughter goes to Grace college and was turning 21 over the weekend. I took my grandmother, six-year-old, and my daughters friends came to hang out. We loved how close the park is to the house as I brought my 8 pound fur baby as well and she loved our walks as much as I down to the lake. We were so close to the village, we were able to walk down and spend time at the pottery painting studio as well! The fire on the back patio was a wonderful addition and we cooked s’mores with the older group. The kitchen is clean and has all amenities we brought our own food and we’re able to save money by cooking in . Three bathrooms made everything very convenient as well! The set up and location were perfect for all of our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Cute cottage
We loved our first visit to Winona Lake. The house was perfect.... Plenty of space and comfortable seating. Beds were comfy too. Just a short walk to the lake and shops of Winona. Highly recommend!

Fat and Skinny Tire Bike Festival
Wonderful new build, great deck and lots of parking. Loved walking to the village, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home with comfortable furnishings. Loved staying there! Owners were easy to contact and answered all my simple questions quickly. Very responsive.

We loved this place, Winona Lake Village looked like a ton of fun, unfortunately we were there for a funeral, so consumed with that !!! Would stay here again a million times ! My daughter has family in Syracuse !! Owner very informative & accommodating !!

Winona Lake cottage
We stayed over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The Christmas lights in Winona Lake were a spectacular surprise! Crisp cool walks to the lake and fun seeing the lucky black squirrels made it a special time with our kids. And don’t miss the Wagon Wheel theater productions! They are a wonderful treat!

Amazing Stay
This property is gem! The owner did a really good job remolding this place. I actually couldn’t tell if was a remodel or a new build. Either way it was sharp and clean. Great sectional couch to watch some football, nice deck with lots of seating and a BBQ. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. In addition this place is minutes away from lakefront shopping, coffee shops and restaurants in Winona Lake. If I’m ever in the area again I’m booking this!

Notre Dame
This house was very clean and well supplied. We stayed here for a Notre dame game and it was an easy hour to the stadium. Good food and drinks in the area. Although they do seem to close early.

Beautiful place to stay
There were still sheets in the dryer from the previous renters and some things in the fridge. It would have been nice to have a flashlight - for evening walks with the dog. Well maintained, fresh and a wonderful place!

Girls getaway
Loved exploring Winona! Especially enjoyed being creative at the Pottery Bayou and the Beaded Peacock! Got a great start of Christmas gifts. House is very close to the Village - walking distance if you can do a steep hill. Extremely clean and modern decor. Both bedrooms downstairs. Parking on street (upper level) or behind house (lower level). Enjoyed meals at the Boat House (loved the Salmon in Lobster sauce) and amazing pizza at the Light Rail. Great weekend!!

Beautiful, brand new property. Great , convenient location near Grace College and walking distance to shops. Very easy to visit nearby locations like Middlebury Shippshewana and museums in Ft Wayne and nearby Michigan. Comfortable accommodation and quiet.

Sisters weekend
The house worked well for my 2 sisters and I. We enjoyed the walking trail daily and found pickleball courts close by. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the evening.

Brand new home. Great space. Had all the kitchenware needed and very well stocked with cleaning and bathroom/kitchen supplies. Comfortable mattresses -great furniture- loved balcony too! Coffee pods for use, tons of bath towels, wash clothes and hand towels. Super clean. Fantastic location.

Great house - clean, comfortable, good location. Loved the back deck although it would have been nice to have it blown off. Didn’t realize there was no dishwasher. Paper plates, utensils would have been a huge help. No ziploc bags, foil, etc. Minimally stocked kitchen

Simple and Relaxing
We stayed for two nights while on a local college visit, and this was a perfect spot for that. The property owner was out of town, but his manager was very quick to respond to any questions/issues, and very easy to communicate with. Absolutely love the design and minimalistic approach. Lovely!
