We will camp in Cochamó, a town surrounded by large hills ideal for climbing, with a spectacular view of the Yates volcano and the Estuary of Reloncaví. En route, we will stop to visit Puelo, famous for its impressive turquoise waters. After breakfast, we will return from Cochamó.
Day 3: Barge to Caleta Gonzalo - Hornopirén - Chaitén

We will spend the night in Hornopirén, surrounded by mountains, hanging blizzards, hot springs and leafy green forests. From there, we will take a barge in Largo Fjord to cross to Caleta Gonzalo and continue our transfer to Chaitén.
Day 4: Chaitén to Puyuhuapi

Parque Pumalin

We will camp and rest in Chaitén, a unique area where the Chilote and German culture, legacy of its colonizers, is mixed. Chaitén stands out for its millennial larches and for being the Chilean commune with the most protected wilderness areas, highlighting the Douglas Tompkins Pumalin National Park. We will take a short tour of Pumalin Park, before moving to our next destination.

In Queulat National Park is the famous Hanging Blizzard, which can be accessed by trekking or optional navigation (not included). This park is characterized by its leafy Andean forests, where typical Patagonian species such as lenga and coigüe predominate. It is home to a great diversity of protected fauna, including black carpenter, condor, chucao and pudu. With more than 154,000 hectares, Queulat National Park is one of the most impressive destinations in the Aysén Region, and today we will explore it on our tour.
Day 6: Coyhaique, Puyuhuapi and thermals.

We will finish the day in a campsite, where we will enjoy our first group dinner. In the afternoon, relax in local baths, ideal for recovering energy. From Puyuhuapi, we will travel to Coyhaique, where we will arrive around noon and finish our great adventure.
