Overview

The experience begins with personalized pickup from your hotel in Cusco and private transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo. From there, you will board a panoramic train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Upon arrival, a guide will lead you to the bus ascending the high forest to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu (Pass by)

The tour begins with the punctual pickup at the door of your hotel in Cusco, to start the journey to the train station in Ollantaytambo (1 hour and 50 minutes), according to the schedule assigned for your entrance to Machu Picchu. From Ollantaytambo, you will board a comfortable tourist train to Aguas Calientes, crossing the imposing landscapes of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, a visually enriching route surrounded by mountains, rivers and Andean vestiges. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, your guide will accompany you to board the tour bus (25 minutes), which ascends through the high jungle to the entrance gate to the citadel of Machu Picchu. Once inside, you will enjoy a private guided tour of approximately 2 hours 50 minutes, during which you will explore the temples, agricultural terraces, ceremonial centers and sacred structures of this wonder of the world. Aguas Calientes (Pass by)

At the end of the guided tour in the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will board the bus back to the village of Aguas Calientes. There you will have free time to have lunch, tour its picturesque streets, visit local craft markets and enjoy the natural surroundings of this charming destination. At the scheduled time, you will take the tourist train back to Ollantaytambo, a journey that will again allow you to appreciate the majesty of the Andean landscape. Once in Ollantaytambo, a private transport will be waiting for you to transfer you safely and comfortably to your hotel in Cusco, capping an unforgettable and enriching day in Machu Picchu.
