Buckwheat noodles making experience x gluten-free The basics of our shop are (usually) 28 buckwheat noodles with 80% buckwheat flour and 20% flour, but this is the plan without the original wheat flour of buckwheat! [Soba making plan made only with 100% buckwheat flour] Gluten-free soba has long been said to be difficult to make. Our shop is a real soba restaurant and is supported by craftsmen who have been making soba noodles for over 10 years. Used Hokkaido buckwheat flour.Hokkaido buckwheat flour is the No.1 quality in Japan. Hokkaido's soba noodles, made from fertile land and clean water, are now a brand. About cooking flow lines and equipment used Boiled kettles, colanders, etc. are usually used, but before the gluten-free plan, they are cleaned and used. When attaching tempura as an option, use the tempura oil you normally use. Rice oil is used for tempura oil and rice flour is used for tempura flour.
