The tour begins with an introduction to the wine-growing environment of the Sierra de Yerga (Eastern Rioja) and the history of sustainable farming in centuries-old vineyards. The tour includes the urban winery, where visitors can see the artisanal process of aging in amphorae, foudres, and barrels, as well as the manual labeling and sealing of bottles. The tour concludes with a tasting of four wines, paired with wood-fired bread and organic olive oil produced on-site.
