    • Cruise Guests: Please provide your full cruise ship name, arrival port (Amber Cove or Taino Bay), arrival time and departure time at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup.
    • Meeting Point for Cruise Guests: Meet us at the main pier entrance, where our guides will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Please note that pickup is not available inside the pier.
    • Hotel Guests: Please provide your hotel name at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup.
    • Transportation: Roundtrip transportation is included from Puerto Plata cruise ports and nearby hotels. Transportation must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour.
    • Tour Duration: This is a 4-hour experience from pickup to return. Transportation time to and from Sosúa is included in the total tour duration, with approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on the water.
    • Tour Options: The Basic Tour includes nachos and seasonal fruit. The Deluxe Tour includes chicken skewers, nachos and seasonal fruit. Both options include the same private boat experience, snorkeling and open bar.
    • Children: Flotation devices for children under 3 years old are not available.
    • Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
    • Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.
    • Water Activities: Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to weather or sea conditions.
    • Port Closure: If the port is closed to navigation by local authorities, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.
    • No Port, No Pay: Guaranteed full refund if your cruise ship does not call at Puerto Plata.
    • Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Enjoy the journey to Sosúa as you make your way toward the beautiful Dominican coastline and the private dock where your boat awaits. From pickup to your return, transportation to and from Sosúa is part of your four-hour adventure. For a smooth start to your day, simply provide your hotel name or cruise details at the time of booking and we'll coordinate your pickup.

Once aboard your private boat, head out along the beautiful Sosúa coastline for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on the water. Soak up the sun, feel the ocean breeze and take in the crystal-clear waters and beautiful beaches as you cruise along the coast. Dive into the Caribbean to snorkel over vibrant coral reefs, surrounded by tropical fish and stunning underwater views. Your professional marine guide will lead the way as you discover the colorful marine life beneath the surface. After your snorkeling adventure, return to the boat to enjoy tropical drinks from the open bar while soaking in the island music. Depending on the Tour Option selected at booking, enjoy nachos and seasonal fruit with the Basic Tour, or chicken skewers with the Deluxe Tour. Keep the Caribbean vibes going as you cruise back to the dock, where your transportation will be waiting for the comfortable journey back to your hotel or cruise port.
