An itinerary designed for those who want to discover the Serra Gaúcha from its origins, among rural landscapes, family-run wineries and vineyards steeped in history. The day begins with transport from Gramado or Canela, ensuring comfort and peace of mind so you can enjoy each experience at your own pace.

At 9:30 a.m., the Caminhos de Pedra City Tour invites you to explore one of the region's most iconic landscapes. Historic roads, century-old stone houses and small estates reveal the heritage of Italian immigrants on a tour that connects culture, architecture and tradition.

At noon, the experience continues with Lunch at Trattoria Casa Ângelo, where the meal celebrates regional cuisine with heartfelt recipes, local ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the true spirit of Serra Gaúcha.

At 2:00 pm, the immersion continues with the Full Tasting at Salvati & Sirena Winery. An exclusive experience that lets you explore the full diversity of the winery's wines, from classic labels to special vintages.

At 3:30 PM, the itinerary concludes with the Wines and Flavors experience at Lovara Winery. A carefully guided tasting that highlights aromas, styles and the connection between wine and local cuisine, ending the day with balance, flavor and memories.
