During this tour, you'll discover some of the country's most iconic dishes, such as traditional anticuchos, sweet mazamorra morada, irresistible picarones, delicious causa rellena, and many other specialties that have won over palates around the world.

We'll visit authentic “huariques,” those secret, traditional spots frequented by Peruvians themselves, where you can discover true local flavors at affordable prices. In addition to tasting each dish, you'll learn about the history, ingredients, and culinary secrets passed down from generation to generation by our talented cooks, affectionately known in Peru as “las señitos.”

To round off this experience, we'll take part in an interactive class on how to make the traditional Pisco Sour, where you can learn how to prepare it and taste different varieties and flavors, such as lemon, passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and other delicious combinations.
